My Services
I work with teens and individuals aged 15-99+ in individual & group therapy. Here’s a little more information.
-
I’m so glad you’re considering individual therapy with me. Whether you prefer to connect online through telehealth or take a walk together in the San Antonio, New Braunfels, or San Marcos areas, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space for you to work through whatever you're facing.
In our sessions, we’ll focus on your unique experiences and goals, helping you gain clarity, find healing, and build the tools you need to move forward. Whether it's through a cozy virtual session or a peaceful walk outside, I’ll be there with you, offering guidance, support, and understanding every step of the way.
For walk-n-talk sessions, I want to make sure you’re comfortable with the setting, as confidentiality can’t be fully guaranteed in public spaces. I’ll also need to approve any in-person meetings to make sure it’s the best fit for you. Wherever we meet, though, you can count on compassionate care, and we’ll work together to help you create a life full of balance, peace, and confidence.

I’m so excited to invite you to join my group therapy sessions focused on boundary setting. Whether you’re a teen whether aged 15-17) or an adult woman (18+), these groups are designed to help you build the skills and confidence to set healthy boundaries in all areas of your life.
For teens, we’ll work together to navigate the complexities of setting boundaries with friends, family, and even within yourself as you discover who you are and what you need. This is all about giving you the tools to protect your energy and stay true to your values.
For adult women, we'll dive deeper into boundaries in relationships, at work, and in everyday life. I know it can be tough to say "no" or put yourself first without feeling guilty, but in this group, you’ll find the support and guidance to build stronger, healthier boundaries that honor your time, your needs, and your peace of mind.
Through shared experiences and compassionate discussions, we’ll create a space where you can learn, grow, and empower yourself to set the boundaries you need to live authentically and feel fully respected. You deserve that, and I’m here to help you get there.
Currently, these group therapy sessions are offered online, making it easy for you to join from the comfort of your home. Let’s take this step together—because setting boundaries is a powerful form of self-care, and you’re worth it!

As a therapist, my approach integrates healing for the spirit, soul, and body, creating a space for deep, transformative growth. I believe in the power of connecting the mind, body, and emotions, and I tailor each session to meet you where you are. Here are the techniques I offer, designed to support your journey in a gentle, holistic way:
Somatic Experiencing: We’ll focus on the physical sensations in your body, helping you become aware of how emotions and past experiences show up in your body. This approach can help release stored emotions, allowing your body to heal and find balance.
Mindfulness-Based: By cultivating mindfulness, I’ll help you become more attuned to the present moment—your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations. This brings clarity, reduces anxiety, and helps you develop a deeper connection with your body and spirit.
Breathwork: Breathing deeply and intentionally can help calm your nervous system and release emotional tension. Breathwork allows your body to relax and process emotions in a healthy way.
Body Scans: Through mindful body scans, we’ll explore the areas of your body that may hold stress or discomfort. This practice helps uncover the physical manifestations of emotional struggles and allows us to gently release the tension that may be stored there.
Guided and Unguided Meditation: Meditation offers a powerful way to quiet the mind and connect with your deeper self. In guided sessions, I’ll lead you through a meditative process, while unguided sessions allow you to explore your inner world in your own way.
Psychoeducation: Understanding Your Inner World (Psychoeducation + Parts Work)
Healing starts with understanding—and that includes learning how trauma, stress, and emotions impact both your mind and your body. I’ll walk with you through the science of it all, in a way that feels grounded and accessible. We’ll explore how your nervous system responds to life experiences and how your thoughts, feelings, and body are deeply connected.
Together, we’ll also dive into parts work—a gentle, empowering process where we get to know the different parts of you. You might notice an inner critic, a wounded child, a protective part, or even a part that just wants to disappear sometimes. All of these parts have a story, a reason for showing up the way they do. Our work is about honoring those parts, helping them feel seen and safe, and slowly integrating them so you can move forward with more clarity and wholeness.
This is about giving you tools and insight—not just for healing, but for truly understanding yourself on a deeper level. When you understand what’s happening inside, you can begin to respond with compassion, not judgment—and that changes everything.
Attachment Theory: If you’ve experienced difficulties in relationships, I’ll help you understand how early attachments and relationship patterns affect how you connect with others today. Together, we’ll work on building healthier, more secure relationships—starting with the one you have with yourself.
Talk Therapy: In addition to somatic techniques, to address underlying thoughts, beliefs, and patterns. Helping you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, leading to lasting change.
Spiritual Integration: If you’re seeking spiritual connection, I offer practices that integrate your Spirit with your mind and body. This may include prayer, meditation, or exploring your beliefs to support your healing and spiritual growth.
Relational Care: I create a safe, nurturing space for you to explore and heal. With a focus on safety, trust, consistency, structure and respect, we move at your pace, releasing stored emotions and supporting healing on all levels—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
Each technique I use is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re looking to heal past wounds, cultivate a stronger sense of self, or develop deeper connections with others. My goal is to help you reconnect with your true self and move toward a place of peace, authenticity, and balance in your life.

Group therapy is a therapeutic setting where you work alongside a small group of people (3-7), guided by a therapist, to explore and work through challenges together. It’s a space where you can open up, share your experiences, and find support in a community that understands what you're going through. It’s different from individual therapy because it allows you to connect with others, learn from their experiences, and receive support in ways that can feel really healing.
The Benefits of Group Therapy:
A Sense of Belonging: It’s easy to feel alone in your struggles, but group therapy helps remind you that you’re not alone. It’s a safe, supportive environment where you can connect with others who are facing similar challenges.
Learning from Each Other: You’ll get a chance to hear how others cope and grow through their struggles. This shared wisdom can open your eyes to new ways of thinking or tools that might really help you on your healing journey.
Building Confidence in Communication: Speaking up in a group setting helps build communication skills. It’s a chance to express yourself in a supportive, non-judgmental space, which can help you feel more confident in how you communicate with others outside of therapy, too.
Increased Self-Awareness: As you listen to others’ stories, you might discover new perspectives about your own life. Group therapy can help you reflect in ways that you may not have done on your own.
Affordable Support: Group therapy is a more affordable option for those who want ongoing support but might be looking for a way to make therapy fit into their budget.
Improved Social Skills: Interacting with others in a group setting can help you build and refine your social skills, which are key to strengthening relationships in your personal life.
Validation and Encouragement: The group environment is a space where you can feel heard, supported, and encouraged. Sometimes, just knowing others understand and validate your feelings can make all the difference.
A Safe Place for Vulnerability: Opening up to others can feel scary, but in group therapy, you’re in a safe space to do so. It’s a place where you can share without fear of judgment, which fosters real healing and growth.
Group therapy is a powerful tool for anyone looking to heal and grow, and it offers a chance to not only work with a therapist but to connect with others who truly understand what you're going through. If you're looking for that kind of connection and support, group therapy might just be the perfect fit for you!

Therapy is a journey, and like all journeys, there comes a time when we naturally reach a stopping point. Here are a few ways we might know it’s time to transition out of our work together:
You decide to end therapy. Whether you’ve met your goals, need a break, or feel called in a different direction, you always have the right to decide when to step away. I encourage open conversations about this so we can ensure a smooth transition.
There has been no communication for three consecutive missed sessions. Life happens, and sometimes schedules shift. But consistency is key to progress, and if we haven’t connected after multiple missed sessions, I’ll assume you’ve chosen to pause or end therapy.
My well-being is impacted, making the therapeutic relationship no longer effective. As your therapist, I strive to show up fully present and engaged. If I ever recognize that I am no longer able to provide effective support—whether due to personal factors or the nature of our therapeutic relationship—I will have an open and honest conversation with you about the next steps.
It’s important to know that stagnation in therapy is normal. Healing isn’t always linear—sometimes it looks like taking one step forward and three steps back. That doesn’t mean you’re failing; it means we’re uncovering deeper layers of healing. If you ever feel stuck, let’s talk about it and see how we can realign your sessions to support your growth.
My priority is ensuring that therapy remains a space for healing, connection, and progress—however that may look for you.
-
I value the time we set aside for your sessions — it’s a sacred space for your growth, healing, and reflection. Because this time is held just for you, I ask that you give me 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If something comes up and you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or don’t show up for our session, the full session fee will apply. This is simply in fairness to the time and energy I’ve reserved for you, and to help keep things sustainable for both of us.
That said — life happens. If there’s an emergency or something unexpected, please reach out. I’ll always do my best to respond with care and understanding.
I appreciate you honoring this time we’ve committed to. Your consistency matters, and I’m here to walk with you, one step at a time.
